Welcome to Lilly's Reflexology!

My name is Lilly, I am passionate about the benefits of Reflexology and helping women to feel great. I have a distinction, level 3 ITEC diploma and have trained as an Advanced Facial Reflexologist, Bergman Method at the highly acclaimed London School of Reflexology.

I have recently trained in Reflexology for Menopause with Sally Earlam - an indepth course so I can help you manage your menopause symptoms.

I am a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists

I came to Reflexology having experienced its benefits throughout my life, from PMS, recurrent miscarriage through to a successful pregnancy and now the menopause. I feel privileged to treat and care for women of all ages, many of whom have never experienced reflexology before.

I offer a personalised Reflexology treatment, on the feet or face, in my peaceful little treatment room in my family home in Morden, South London. I do also offer home visits - available on request.

We are all individual - by listening and understanding what your personal needs are, I can provide the best course of Reflexology treatments and aftercare to suit you.

I look forward to treating you.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy which is founded on the belief that your feet, face and hands are a reflection of the systems in your body - where specific areas correspond to organs, glands and structure.

During your visit I will apply a gentle pressure to the reflexes on your feet, face, or hands, in order to bring about a state of deep relaxation and stimulate your body’s own healing process - this in turn will promote a feeling of improved health, creating balance and general wellbeing.

You can visit my Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

The Benefits of Reflexology

Balance

Reflexology for Balance

Reflexology is all about restoring your own body’s balance and general wellbeing. When we are balanced, we are less stressed, calmer and more in control of our own decisions.

Relaxation

Reflexology for Relaxation

Reflexology can induce a deep state of relaxation and help to stimulate your body’s own healing process. The more relaxed you are, the less tense you are, helping your body to heal.

Health

Reflexology for Health

Think of Reflexology as a M.O.T for your body, from your physical to your mental and emotional health, supported with a personalised treatment plan on how to get your body working again, from the inside out.

Frequently asked questions

How many treatments will I need?

We are all different and how we respond to Reflexology can vary from person to person. Most people need a few treatments to start seeing the real benefits – but this is something we will discuss together and agree a tailored treatment plan to suit your needs.

Please make me aware if you are having any medical tests or procedures, as I may not be able to treat you with reflexology until you have the results.

How long do the treatments last?

Your initial treatment lasts for 75-minutes and includes a full consultation.

Follow on treatments last for one hour and include some handy, realistic takeaway tips that you can do yourself, keeping you on track in-between treatments.

I also offer a 75-minute 'luxury reflexology' treatment.

I also have a female health book library, for my regular clients to enjoy.

What is the cost of a treatment?

Prices

Foot Reflexology:

£55 for your first treatment, including a full consultation (75-minutes).

£55 for follow on treatments (60-minutes).

Facial Reflexology, Bergman Method:

£55 for a full treatment using the Zone Face Lift Elixir (60-minutes).

Luxury Deep Foot Reflexology:

Payment is by cash or card after your treatment, unless you are paying with a gift card.

Contact me or book online and let's start with an informal chat about how I can help you to feel great.

What happens during my treatment?

Treatments are either in my little treatment room, in my family home or in the comfort of your own home. On arrival I will provide a full consultation, review your health and wellbeing with a short questionnaire and agree your reason for treatment. This will help me to provide you with the best reflexology to meet your needs.

During your treatment I will apply a gentle pressure to the reflexes on your feet, face or hands – so you will just need to remove your socks and possibly roll your trousers up a little for foot reflexology, provide access to your face, for Facial Reflexology.

In my treatment room you will be settled into my comfy Lafuma chair and if required, covered with a blanket in case you get cold during the reflexology treatment. In your own home we will find a suitable location to have your reflexology treatment, a sofa or comfy chair works best. And don’t worry, it really doesn’t tickle! After your treatment I provide you with a glass of water, to flush out the toxins, explain what I have found and provide you with some realistic takeaway tips that you can do yourself, keeping you on track in-between treatments.

Please note, my treatment room is upstairs in my family home. I do have family pets (a very friendly dog and 2 cats!) in my home – they are not allowed in my room.

Does reflexology hurt?

My treatments do not involve a hard level of pressure, I am gentle, especially on your first treatment. Before your treatment I will review your feet, face or hands to check for any bruising, blisters or dry areas, so I can avoid any painful areas during the treatment. You may find some areas a little more sensitive than others, I ask my clients to make me aware if you find anything uncomfortable. Reflexology should not be uncomfortable; it should be enjoyable!

Should I keep on having Reflexology?

Once you have completed your treatment plan with me, it is really up to you. Many of my clients have a regular monthly treatment, I call it a M.O.T for your body, to help you remain balanced and feeling great. Then, if during your life your needs change, we can discuss and agree a new treatment plan.
